Registration is now open for vendors to participate in our Autumn Concerts occurring on October 11th and 25th. A 10x10 booth space is $25.00. Open to all vendors, no household items. Visit the registration page below. This event is in partnership with the Town of Burgaw, Brown Dog Coffee, and Burgaw Brewing. 

Start Time: 5:30pm

End Time: 8:30pm

Set-up Time: 3:30pm

Location: Dees Park/Courthouse Ave

Please note that in order to avoid many duplicate vendors, applications will be juried, and if your application is not accepted, you will be provided a refund. This will be handled on a first come, first served basis.

Rules & Guidelines

• Please provide battery-powered lighting for under your tent.
• There is no access to power at this event.
• No generators of any kind will be permitted.
• All vendors will be given assigned spaces.
• Booth spaces are to be open for the duration of the event.
• Vendors are asked to clean their booth areas before leaving the event space.
• If you have special requests, we will do our best to achieve them.
• Restrooms, trash cans, and food and coffee vendors will be located on site.
• No profanity or offensive material on merchandise. If you choose to display these items, the Town reserves the right to ask you to remove them.
• Vendors must provide a 10x10 tent and all display materials.
